HUMAN + MACHINE
AI products & workflows.
An AI feature is only useful when it fits the people using it. We bring creative direction, product thinking, and engineering to the places where AI can make a practical difference.
Start with the work
We work closely with clients to understand a product, a service, or an everyday process before deciding what to build. Where does a team lose time? What does a customer need help with? Which decisions need a person’s judgment? Those questions give the technology a useful brief.
The result might be an assistant inside an existing product, a workflow that turns source material into a draft, or an internal tool that keeps a project moving. We connect the interface to the systems behind it so the experience can do more than hold a conversation.
Characters with a purpose
Conversational experiences can take many forms. A customer-service avatar can help someone navigate information. A game character can respond to the player and carry context between encounters. The work includes personality, interaction design, and the logic that determines what the character can actually do.
We consider boundaries alongside behavior: what information the assistant can access, which actions it may take, and when it should hand a decision back to a person. The voice and the interface need to make those boundaries understandable.
From an idea to a working system
A focused prototype gives everyone something concrete to use. From there, we refine the flow, connect the required data and services, and test the experience against the job it needs to do. Model choice follows that job, including its cost, response time, and reliability requirements.
For teams, that can mean less movement between tools, clearer handoffs, and fewer repeated steps. We agree on what to measure with the client rather than promise a saving before understanding the work.
A useful place to begin
Bring a process that feels harder than it should, a product feature you want to explore, or a customer interaction that needs attention. We can help define a first version, the information it needs, and the people who should test it.
